We (WWWebbify.com) agree to create a website per our agreement, for agreed upon payment.

Payment shall be in 2 equal installments, construction of your site will begin after first payment is received. Final payment will be due upon completion of your website.

We reserve the right to retain and display any work we code. The purposes of this use shall be for advertising and to add to our portfolio. You agree to allow us to display any portion of the work we coded. There shall be no compensation given for displaying a website we coded. You agree that there may be contact information displayed when we display our work that would already be available to the public through your website.
